Shipping/Return Policy
Condition of Returns
All returned items must be in brand new, unused condition and include all original packaging, hardware, and accessories. The original product packaging must be free of any labels, stickers, or writing. Do not affix return labels directly to the product packaging; instead, place it inside a separate shipping box to ensure safe return transit. Customers are responsible for properly repackaging and, if necessary, insuring items to prevent damage during return shipping.
Return Authorization Required
All returns must be pre-approved and accompanied by a return authorization. To request authorization, please send an email request using the link provided. Return authorizations will be issued via email.
Return Window
Returns must be shipped, freight prepaid by the customer and postmarked within 30 days of receiving the item. Returns sent after this period may be refused or returned at the customer’s expense.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If your order qualified for free shipping, the actual shipping cost incurred will be deducted from your refund. The Purchaser will have to pay for the return label or contact us to issue a prepaid return label that will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Restocking Fees
A standard 15% restocking fee applies to all returns.
Returns that are refused, unauthorized, used, installed, damaged, defective, materially different from what was shipped, or received beyond the return window may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 50%.

Defective Parts & Accessories
If you receive a defective part, please contact us. You have two options for obtaining a replacement:

Return First – Send the defective part back to us. Once we receive and confirm the defect, we’ll ship out a replacement.

Advance Replacement – Place a deposit for a replacement part, which will be shipped immediately. Once we receive the defective part at our warehouse, your deposit will be refunded.
Defective Equipment
If your equipment arrives defective or you're experiencing issues with its operation, please contact us by email or open a support ticket. We will assist you in resolving the issue promptly.
