Shipping & Return Policy
Read Brennan Landscaping’s return policy, including conditions, restocking fees, and support for equipment, parts, and robotic mowers.
At Brennan Landscaping, we stand behind the quality and performance of the robotic lawn mowers we sell. Due to the technical nature and setup requirements of these products, the following return policy applies to all mower purchases.
1. All Sales Are Final After Installation or Use
Once a robotic lawn mower has been:

Installed
-
Registered
-
Used or operated
-
Connected to the Segway Navimow app
…it is no longer eligible for return or refund.
This is due to the product being classified as used equipment, which cannot be resold as new.
2. Return Eligibility (Unused Units Only)
We accept returns only if ALL of the following conditions are met:

Return request is made within 7 days of delivery
-
Mower is unused, uninstalled, and unregistered
-
Product is in original packaging with all contents intact
-
No damage, wear, or tampering is present
3. Restocking Fee
All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
This covers:

Inspection and testing
-
Repackaging
-
Loss in resale value
4. Return Shipping Responsibility

Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs
-
Product must be shipped with insurance and tracking
-
Brennan Landscaping is not responsible for damage during return shipping
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following are non-refundable under any circumstances:

Installed or used robotic mowers
-
Opened software-activated products
-
Accessories (blades, garages, parts, etc.)
-
Special order or custom-configured units
6. Damaged or Defective Products
If your mower arrives damaged or defective:

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery

Provide photos and/or video evidence
-
We will assist with repair, replacement, or manufacturer warranty claim
7. Manufacturer Warranty
All robotic mowers are covered under the Segway Navimow manufacturer warranty.
Warranty claims are handled through:

Brennan Landscaping support
or -
Segway authorized service channels
This includes:

Mechanical defects
-
Electrical issues
-
Manufacturing faults
Warranty does NOT cover:
-
Improper installation
-
Misuse or neglect
-
Damage from obstacles, terrain misuse, or weather
8. Order Cancellations

Orders canceled before shipping may be subject to a 3% processing fee

Orders already shipped cannot be canceled and must follow return guidelines
9. Chargeback Prevention & Agreement
By purchasing from Brennan Landscaping, the customer agrees:

They have reviewed product specifications and compatibility
-
They understand setup requirements (terrain, signal, obstacles, etc.)

They acknowledge this return policy prior to purchase
We strongly encourage customers to:

Unauthorized chargebacks will be disputed with:

Signed policy acknowledgment

Order and delivery confirmation
-
Product usage data (if applicable)
